Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment with JB Lash Academy for any treatment I agree to abide to the following: I confirm by making this appointment I will pay the deposit requested and required immediately when booking. I understand that if I cancel my appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time I will forfeit my deposit. I understand that if I am unwell at the time of my appointment I will need to reschedule for a later date. Notification must be made at least 24 hours before my booking commences or I may lose my deposit. If I attend my appointment and appear unwell JB Lash Academy has the right to refuse service and ask to reschedule. I understand that JB Lash Academy Ltd has a strict no refund policy. If there are any issues with services a fix or removal will be offered within a reasonable time frame I understand that I must attend my appointment with my eyes make-up free. Failure to do so means I may be charged additional £10 for a lash bath.
