Cancellation Policy
I understand when booking my lash course that my training date is not secure until full deposit payment has been received by JB Lash Academy Ltd. I agree to pay the full balance of my course five days prior to my course start date. Failure to do so means JB Lash Academy reserves the right to offer your course space to an alternative student. If you wish to cancel or reschedule my training this needs to be notified at least 1 week prior to the training date booked otherwise I will risk losing my deposit. JB Lash Academy provides full student support during and after training. If you have any questions regarding your course you are free to contact us at any time. I agree that inappropriate or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated at JB Lash Academy. It is at JB Lash Academy’s trainers discretion if we need remove you from training due to the safety of yourself or others and you will not be subject to a refund. Deposits are non-refundable, you can however re-arrange your training date with JB Lash Academy if we are notified within 7 days of your existing booking. Failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit.
