Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment with JB Lash Academy for any treatment I agree to abide to the following: I confirm by making this appointment I will pay the deposit requested and required immediately when booking. I understand that if I cancel my appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time I will forfeit my deposit. We use card capture to take deposits - in the event of a no show for an appointment your card will be charged for 50% of the service fee unless you have contacted us to reschedule. If you have contacted us in 48 hours or under to re-arrange your appointment another deposit amount will be due to secure another slot. This also includes in the event of sickness. I understand that if I am unwell at the time of my appointment I will need to reschedule for a later date. Notification must be made at least 24 hours before my booking commences. If I attend my appointment and appear unwell JB Lash Academy has the right to refuse service and ask to reschedule. I understand that JB Lash Academy Ltd has a strict no refund policy and has a no show policy of 50% charge of service less your deposit in the event that you do not attend your appointment. If there are any issues with services a fix or removal will be offered within a reasonable time frame. If you are 15 minutes or later for your appointment without notice we reserve the right to refuse service and charge 50% of the service fee less your deposit. We will endeavour to honour your appointment but this may not be possible due to time restraints. If we do need to reschedule your appointment another deposit will be due for a new appointment. I understand that I must attend my appointment with my eyes make-up free. Failure to do so means I may be charged additional £10 for a lash bath.
