Service Description
Aqsa will be providing a model set with the choice of the following options: Wet Sets Classic Lashes The set we design use will be determined by Aqsa using your own lashes, eye shape & suitability to map a bespoke style. This will be a full set and require a longer time. You must be comfortable with photos and video content to book this slot. You MUST send pictures of your natural lashes as part of your consultation form. If we deem your lashes to be unsuitable for the model set we will inform you before your booking commences.

Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment with JB Lash Academy for any treatment I agree to abide to the following: I confirm by making this appointment I will pay the deposit requested and required immediately when booking. I understand that if I cancel my appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time I will forfeit my deposit. We use card capture to take deposits - in the event of a no show for an appointment your card will be charged for 50% of the service fee unless you have contacted us to reschedule. If you have contacted us in 48 hours or under to re-arrange your appointment another deposit amount will be due to secure another slot. This also includes in the event of sickness. I understand that if a no show occurs I will be charged at 100% service charge less deposit for the booking made. Rescheduling will not be allowed unless full payment is received. I understand that if I am unwell at the time of my appointment I will need to reschedule for a later date. Notification must be made at least 24 hours before my booking commences. If I attend my appointment and appear unwell JB Lash Academy has the right to refuse service and ask to reschedule. I understand that JB Lash Academy Ltd has a strict no refund policy and has a no show policy of 100% charge of service less your deposit in the event that you do not attend your appointment. If there are any issues with services a fix or removal will be offered within a reasonable time frame. If you are 15 minutes or later for your appointment without notice we reserve the right to refuse service and charge 100% of the service fee less your deposit. We will endeavour to honour your appointment but this may not be possible due to time restraints. If we do need to reschedule your appointment another deposit will be due for a new appointment. I understand that I must attend my appointment with my eyes make-up free. Failure to do so means I may be charged additional £10 for a lash bath.
