Cancellation Policy
Course Booking Terms & Conditions By enrolling on a course with JB Lash Academy Ltd, you agree to the following terms: Securing Your Training Date Your training date is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received in full. JB Lash Academy Ltd reserves the right to offer your space to another student if payment is not received. Payment of Balance The remaining course balance must be paid no later than five (5) days prior to your course start date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your place and loss of your deposit. Payment Plans If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled instalments in full and on time. Payment plans are legally binding agreements. Failure to make a payment may result in: Suspension of access to online materials Postponement of in-person training Withholding of certification The remaining balance becoming immediately due If payment remains outstanding, JB Lash Academy Ltd reserves the right to pursue debt recovery. Deposits & Rescheduling All deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they secure your place and contribute towards administration and course materials. You may request to reschedule your training date if at least seven (7) days’ notice is provided. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in loss of your deposit. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability. Conduct Professional and respectful behaviour is expected at all times. JB Lash Academy Ltd reserves the right to remove any student for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour. No refund will be issued in such cases. Student Support We provide ongoing student support during and after training. If you have questions regarding your course, you are encouraged to contact us directly. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
